What Are Guards and Reporters?
GUARDS : Guards are the top of the top when it comes to running the world that is known as WNGIII - Reborn. They are the admins right and left hand watchers. They make sure all admins are informed about any and all issues that may come to the map, any updates that have been requested off site, and all reports having to do with how active the map is or isn't. They send "reports" to the admins at least once a week on how the map is running. They are often the most active and most trustworthy members of the map that have been around for a long time, and have participated in more then 1 other RP where they were not an admin or mod for the RP.
REPORTERS: Reporters work/assist the guards on/in the map. There job is to not interfere in any issues, but to watch, write down, then report everything to the guards who will either make a direct act of rule enforcing/warning or will save it for the weekly report to the admins who if it is a large enough issue, they will come and handle it ASAP. Reporters, when there are no guards on the map, are allowed to enforce and take on all the powers of Guards. They may give in evidence/ start up a trial when they feel it is necessary.
WHATS A TRIAL? : Once a trail is placed, the person on trial will be given a warning on there behavior. If the person does not improve there behavior, and enough people reply positively to the person banning, then the person will be banned pertinently from the RP, and the website all together for a month. Once the month has passed, the person will have a chance to redeem themselves once. If they get put on trial again, and reach the necessary requirements to be banned again, then they will be banned pertinently and have no choice to come back at all.

: GUARD AND REPORTERS JOBS :
- Both Guards and Reporters are allowed to give strikes, warnings, and temp- ban any and all members till an admin says otherwise.
- Both Guards are allowed to make the choice on wither or not positions like medic and deputy are to be replaced or not without having to ask a admin first.
- Guards are allowed to make temp-rules if the situation comes to where a temp-rule needs to be placed. These temp rules are to be followed unless an admin says other wise or the time has come where the rule no longer has a purpose for the current RP.
- Both Guards and Reporters are allowed to approve or disapprove small to medium sized plots. (Small plots are plots with 4-5 cats that have nothing to do with starting/causing wars, training with the Darkforest, or aggravating other clans.) (Medium sized plots are plots with a whole clan or less that have nothing to do with the Darkforest, or more then 2 clans[like a small war/battle between 2 clans as long as it doesn't interfere with anyone else plot or upset anyone else in the map.]
- Guards and Reporters are to be given the most upright respect as a mod or admin, and are allowed to give strikes, report or temp-banned a person for disrespect depending all on how disrespectful it is.
- I trust you with more responsibility then I do with most of my mods. The only person above you is the admins, so I trust you not to disrespect your powers. The public map members are allowed to report YOU if they think you are ever being unfair or abusing your powers. If you are ever reported, it will be taken seriously, and you will be put up on trial by the admins and you can be demoted back to member if your trial passes you as guilty.
